HER  MANY  VOICES  Artists Response to Humanitarian Need

Her Many Voices in partnership withTrance Personnel Consulting Group

You have a vision of a world healed, and a passion to create peace. You’ve responded to your call as a volunteer, a humanitarian aid worker, or an adventurist. And now it is your time to respond to the needs of others. Your call is great, but who responds to your needs when the journey is more than you could imagine?

Global Relevance

The world has never been as connected as it is today. Within minutes of a catastrophe the media and internet unite cultures, politics, religions and people. As humanitarians rise to meet the needs of the downtrodden, monies and infrastructure get focused on relief efforts. The rebuild is miraculous.

But often it is the relief worker who slips through the cracks, receiving no psychological or emotional support for the vicarious trauma

awaiting. There is little focus on readjusting the volunteers to life as they knew it. A humanitarian is expected to be resilient, but this can be far from the truth. tpcg and Her Many Voices are committed to changing the topography of humanitarian efforts. By bringing alternative modalities and a preventative approach to crisis intervention, we support organizations and individuals in remaining clear and balanced before, during and after trauma.

Relief for the Relief Workers

tpcg specializes in training individuals and organizations to understand, identify and retrain stress patterns that undermine most efforts. Our specialized approach for high trauma situations creates a platform upon which individuals begin to identify the early signs of vicarious stress. We assist those caught in a hyper-vigilant stress cycle navigate a new path through a crisis pattern, keeping individuals highly productive and preventing burn-out. tpcg offers concrete tools that help individuals gain perspective during crisis, determine the personal impact, steer clear of dysfunctional cycles and derive healthier options.

Who We Are

tpcg and Her Many Voices were founded by Lisa Wimberger and Alicia Fall—two artists whose first collaboration was through musical expression. As their creativity flowed, so did their vision and passion for making a difference in the world. Individually, they are successful business owners making a difference in their respective markets. And now their collective voice is creating a ripple effect in the global community.
