Is there any way out of this mess?

Yes, Shall I say it again?  A shift of consciousness.

You cannot solve the problems which plague humankind through governmental action or by political means.  You have been trying that for thousands of years.

The change that must be made can be made only in the hearts of men.

Can You put the change that must be made into one sentence?

     I already have several times.

You must stop seeing God as separate from you, and you as separate from each other

The only solution is the Ultimate Truth: nothing exists in the universe that is separate from anything else.  Everything is intrinsically connected, irrevocably interdependent, interactive, interwoven into the fabric of all life.

All government, all politics, must be based on this truth.  All laws must be rooted in it.

This is the future hope of your race; the only hope for your planet.

How does the Law of Love You spoke of earlier work?

Love gives all and requires nothing.

How can we require nothing?

If everyone in your race gave all, what would you require?  The only reason you require anything is because someone else is holding back.  Stop holding back!

This could not work unless we all did it at once.

Indeed, a global consciousness is what is required.

Yet, how will that come about?  Somebody has to start.

The opportunity is here for you.

You can be the source of this New Consciousness.

     You can be the inspiration.

     Indeed, you must be.

I must?

     Who else is there?

A dialogue from Conversations With God – Book 2

                                                                                                                                    By Neale Donald Walsh

From the moment Conversations With God – Book 1 came out, I have been a fan of Neale Donald Walsh’s books. They have reminded me over and over again of who I am and why I’m here. The bottom line - I get to make a declaration of “I Am” in every moment of everyday.

I can only describe “this declaration of I am” as a voice from within. When I am in tune the voice seems to be of many in harmony. It’s quite a beautiful thing to experience this resonance that comes from deep within. In an instant I’m reminded I’m not alone. Yet how many times have I stood in solitude, feeling so very alone, so very isolated, so very separate from everyone and everything.  I wonder - how could it be that I, someone so concerned about experiencing nothing less than unobstructed, perfect union in my life can feel so separate, so disconnected?  And if I can feel this in the midst of the blessed life that I have…I’m not a child of war or abuse, there was never a day that went by that I didn’t realize that my parents loved me, in fact, I was shown on a regular basis that I was lovable and loved. So if I can feel this sense of separation in my life what is the experience of someone who knows war and abuse, neglect and indifference? Where do they go when they’re feeling separate than? How do they find their voice? And who will listen? The answer…I must.

So how do I do that? I create a multimedia platform for the silenced, the unheard, the ignored, the repressed, the exploited, the desperate and the wounded women and children where they can share their pain, their hopes, their fears, their dreams and their loves, where they can boldly say “I AM” without judgment, without recrimination. I call it Her Many Voices (HMV), and giving voice to their story a healing begins. This world needs healing. This world needs kindness. This world needs inclusion. This world needs a shift in consciousness.

So I am the visionary holder of Her Many Voices, a socially responsible, global multimedia production and consulting firm who’s focus is positive transformation of women, children and Mother Earth and whose mission is to provide a platform of support to raise awareness for any individual, organization or cause driven by the social, global good, ultimately for all.  HMV's office is a base to utilize, enjoy, learn, discover and embrace the beauty of who we are and why we are here. It is also a workplace of inclusion, acceptance and respect, with a focus on the development of creativity, ideas, and empowerment. It is all I have ever dreamed of. It is my legacy for our children.
