Adeler was born and raised in Trou ChouChou, Petit-Goave, Haiti. He is an agronomist and received a Master's Degree in Social Economy and Solidarity at Établissement Supérieur de la Francophonie pour l'Administration et le Manangement.

Adeler works with HMV in Haiti to strengthen several community initiatives in Trou ChouChou. Improving life conditions for children and women. These actions are based on education for children, vocational training for women, community health programs and sustainable agriculture.

Adeler appreciates the HMV's approach for mother nature and human beings. Working together and locally can help to create significant impact to save our planet.
